An Original Oregon Homestead
Whether you are hiking the Rogue River Trail, looking for a private spot to Fly Fish or visiting Grants Pass for the annual Boatnik celebration, the Doubletree Ranch offers cabin rentals and secluded peace and quiet in a beautiful setting along the Rogue River.
Doubletree Ranch is located within the wild and scenic section of the legendary Rogue River and preserves nearly a mile of private river frontage. It remains as wild and beautiful as when it was homesteaded in 1891. Its rugged beauty has been featured in several movies; "Spirit of the Eagle" and "Grizzly Mountain" starring Dan Haggarty and "Dead Man" starring Johnny Depp.
The ranch is ten minutes from Merlin and twenty minutes from Grants Pass where many river centered activities originate. It is within easy driving distance of Crater Lake National Park, The Oregon Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, Oregon Caves National Monument and Jacksonville National Historic Landmark. You can explore miles of Oregon countryside while comfortably housed in one of our cabins. The 160 acre ranch offers walking trails, bird and wildlife watching, excellent bank fishing and perfect peace and quiet. For four generations it has been our family home, come enjoy it with us!
We are open seasonally, April 1 through October 31. We invite you to see what guests have to say about the Doubletree Ranch by visiting TripAdvisor. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
